- Complete training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve customers
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
- Follow a route schedule and daily operation plan within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer location
- Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
- Act as a problem solver for each customer with empathy, listening to and understanding their needs and recommending effective solutions
- Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services for peace of mind about pest management
- Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer's property; training is provided
- Communicate actions taken and discuss additional services to support the pest management program
- Complete all required service-related documentation on a handheld device for speed and accuracy
- Competitive earnings: starting pay rate $20 to $22 per hour
- Company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment

Minimum Requirements:
- No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
- Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments, and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Wear PPE, sometimes requiring an OSHA-compliant respirator
- Willing to work in different weather conditions
