• Monitor and coordinate communications for security-related incidents and/or emergencies within the location, following established protocols.
• Dispatch security personnel to designated areas as needed to address incidents, requests for assistance, and/or routine patrols.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all incoming calls, dispatches, and security-related activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support to on-site teams.
• Communicate with site personnel and/or external agencies as required, relaying pertinent information clearly and promptly.
• Assist in implementing site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related operations and emergency responses.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from employees, visitors, and/or contractors in a professional manner.
• Support Allied Universal management and site leadership with administrative tasks related to dispatch operations.

• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
