We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. This role is essential in fostering strong relationships with clients, expanding business opportunities, and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex negotiations. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, along with experience in B2B sales and technology markets.
As an Account Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic account management and business development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market analysis
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize profitability while meeting client needs
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, providing tailored solutions that align with client objectives
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and lead generation
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience
- Engage in technical sales discussions, demonstrating product features and benefits effectively
- Support business development efforts by analyzing market trends and competitor activities
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management within technology or related industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Demonstrated success in business development and expanding client portfolios
- Familiarity with Hub Spot or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and sales metrics for strategic planning
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Knowledge of marketing principles and technical sales processes is advantageous

Job Type: Full-Time
Base Salary: $48,484.76-$54,390.25 per year
Compensation Package: Commission + Bonus
