• Deliver outstanding guest experiences by modeling and coaching playground rules.
• Set clear expectations for Guest Ready store and team members.
• Orchestrate floor flow and serve as caretaker for guests and team.
• Develop action plans with team members and hold them accountable.
• Provide timely, motivating, developmental feedback.
• Create a culture of simplicity, fun, and style.
• Complete annual performance reviews and monthly coaching conversations.
• Understand and drive business success factors.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans.
• Develop professional relationships with the Target Optical doctor and Host to support eye exam experience.
• Recruit high‑caliber talent and maintain a bench of potential applicants.
• Create schedules around business trends, forecasts, and host traffic; own business and adjust schedules as needed.
• Complete payroll weekly, new hire and personnel paperwork, annual physical inventory, and monthly Store Visit Form.
• Ensure compliance with operating policies, merchandising, store presentation, marketing programs, and accurate sales transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in customer service or retail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Drive for results and critical thinking.
• Recruiting, selection, and development of talent.
• Selling skills.
• Motivating and influencing others.

• Opticianary License or American Board of Opticians Certification.
• 3+ years management or supervisory experience.
