The Server is bd's guest guardian and advisor. You watch over our guests, you deliver both food and quality service! You put a smile on their faces. Our guests remember you as much as the food! You create Mongo Magic so that each and every guest leaves happy.

- Be Alcohol Server Training Certified and be able to adhere to beverage service procedures and responsible Alcohol service rules (TIPS or TABC)
- Do quality check backs
- Know cash handling & POS
- Be interactive with our guests
- Handle guest complaints with tact and diplomacy
- Know the importance of table maintenance
