Homecare RN to provide exceptional nursing care to patients in Sterling Heights, MI, and surrounding areas. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality home health services while maintaining patient comfort and safety in their homes. Compensation ranges from $65.00 to $100.00 per visit, reflecting the importance and specialized skills required for this position.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following care plans and physician orders.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, wound care, and other nursing interventions.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
• Document all care provided accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and patient safety.
• Respond promptly and effectively to patient needs and emergencies during visits.

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Prior experience in home health nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in Sterling Heights and surrounding areas.
• CPR certification and compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
