University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated RN Home Care professional to provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care for patients in Sterling Heights, MI, and the surrounding areas. This role involves delivering personalized home health services to support patients' recovery and well-being in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will be committed to promoting patient health and independence through skilled nursing interventions and education.

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care including medication administration, wound care, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the care team and physicians.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience in home health care or a related nursing field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation to travel within Sterling Heights and surrounding areas.
