Pomeroy Living is hiring an experienced MDS Coordinator (MDS Nurse / Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator) to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for the accuracy of MDS assessments, care planning, and proper Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and complete accurate and timely MDS assessments

• Ensure compliance with RAI guidelines, Medicare, and Medicaid regulations

• Work closely with nursing, therapy, and the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans

• Support accurate reimbursement and strong clinical outcomes

• Monitor documentation and keep the building survey ready

• Help drive quality improvement and strong resident care

What We're Looking For

•
RN or LPN license in Michigan
• Minimum 1 years of MDS experience in a skilled nursing facility

• Strong knowledge of RAI guidelines, PDPM, and Medicare reimbursement

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical leadership and therapy teams

• Experienced MDS professionals preferred
