Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Overview

We are looking for a Full-Time (30-40 hours a week) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Home Health Care position.

This role offers a lot of flexibility, since you will schedule directly with your own patients. That means you can often decide when you start and end your day and plan visits around your own appointments and personal life.

• Provide skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN)

• Coordinate patient visits and daily scheduling

• Must have at least 1 year of LPN experience

• Must have a current Michigan LPN license

• Must be willing and able to work full-time (30-40) hours

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions)
