• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if needed
• TB skin test within last 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
