The Industrial Engineer Job - Assembly willbe responsible fordirect/indirect labor and activities affecting line speed, cycle checks, scrolls and workstation assignments, change control and line balancing.
A qualified candidate will utilize Lean concepts to identify and eliminate waste as well as perform time/motion studies using MODAPTS.This position willassistthe IE Manager and IE Supervisor with technical services tomaintainefficient levels of Lean manufacturing andmanning. The Industrial Engineer will support Stellantis Production Way (SPW) Domains as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technologyor equivalent
- Ability to interface withall levels of the organization from shop floor to management
- Must be self-motivated Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to work any shift, overtime and some travel may berequiredon occasion
- Experience implementing Stellantis Production Way
- Knowledge of time study/standards, ratings, MODAPTS, ergonomic evaluations
- Knowledge of Chrysler Automated Manufacturing Planning System (AMPS)
