• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and optimize transfer and line dies in press and out as required
• Operate tool room equipment and machinery with precision
• Support press setup and efficiency as a team to achieve posted expectations
• Adhere to safety procedures and protocols
• Use root cause analysis and problem-solving skills to promote efficiency and quality
• Maintain product quality to print specifications where applicable
• Must be available to work overtime as required to meet customer demand
• Serve in the capacity of wastewater handler commensurate with completion of proper environmental training
• Other duties as assigned
• Adapt and promote Lean Manufacturing principles using 5S and Kaizen processes
• Support the Company’s Goals and Objectives through Continuous Improvement action plan participation and completion
• Days: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
• Afternoons: 3:00 - 11:00 pm - 15% Shift Premium

• Must demonstrate proficiency of Blueprint GD&T interpretation of Dies, Details, and Part Prints
• Must be able to effectively troubleshoot and solve daily operational deficiencies
• Usage of a computer and other productivity machinery such as control panels
• Must be able to interpret C.M.M. or gaging information and adjust Tooling to maintain Customer Quality requirements
• Five years’ experience in Metal Stamping, Prototype, Tool and Die Build or Die Repair Technician
• Working knowledge of IATF
  16949, ISO 14001, and Q1 compliance criteria to maintain manufacturing environmental standards
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet production standards
• High school diploma or GED
• Some college or technical trade manufacturing education is preferred
• Work may require extended periods of sitting, standing, lifting, bending, stooping and performing repetitive motion tasks
• Excellent manual dexterity, ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds frequently
• Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with continuous exposure to noise
• Must be able to work necessary overtime if required
