Maintenance Launch Coordinator

Position

Description:

• Collaborate with OEMs to gather equipment documentation and set up plant storage for documentation to interface with Maximo and Ez Max Mobile .
• Work with plant maintenance teams to properly configure Maximo for new assets.
• Partner with OEMs and plant maintenance to identify and document PMs, visual job plans, and related processes.
• Create and maintain launch Maintenance Operating System (MOS) status documentation and scorecards for the program. Ensure MOS timing and deliverables are met in collaboration with plant, OEMs, and PTME.
• Oversee spare part scrub meetings, verify 1295s, attach assets, and manage critical spares.
• Develop “Launch MOS Readiness Assessment” by line and station.
• Provide daily supervision and coordination of all hourly employees.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead resolution of machining-related concerns, improve machine availability, and reduce MTTR.
• Identify throughput constraints and implement root cause improvements.

• Maintenance planning and execution in a manufacturing environment
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience

• DMAIC and DMADV (DFSS) Project Methodology experience
