ResponsibilitiesThe Quality Manager is responsible for leading all quality‑related functions and ensuring compliance with customer, industry, and internal standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the quality management system
- Ensure compliance with IATF and customer‑specific requirements
- Lead quality initiatives across stamping and manufacturing operations
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage internal and external audits related to Quality standards
- Support new product launches and process changes from a quality perspective
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- 3+ years as a Quality Manager in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Hands‑on experience with stamping operations, including large presses
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
