A company is looking for a VP of Operations, Insurance (Remote).
Key Responsibilities- Set strategy for technology growth and partner with development teams on new solutions
- Maximize client performance and profitability of the Insurance line of business
- Oversee and improve the end-to-end operating model for new client intake and service protocols
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or relevant field
- 10 to 15 years of experience in healthcare transactions related to the Insurance line of business
- Prior P&L and budget management experience
- Experience leading teams of 250 or larger, both onsite and remote
- Strong analytical skills for performance assessment and business improvement recommendations
