Looking for a BCBA role in a supportive and growth-oriented environment? As a clinician co-owned company built on 20+ years of ABA experience, we strive to bring out the best in our team members and clients.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
- Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress.
- Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.
- Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements.
- Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits
- Competitive pay of up to $105,000 per year based on experience and caseload
