We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, prefers treating one patient at a time, and is capable of leading a team towards delivering exceptional patient care.

Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' condition, develop individual treatment plans, and administer physical therapy
• Work closely with patients to implement treatment plans that restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain
• Guide and motivate patients through their treatment, promoting healthy lifestyles and personal health management
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to offer the best in interdisciplinary care
• Lead and mentor PT assistants and support staff within the therapy team
• Ensure documentation, billing, and care compliances with AKPT policy and legal requirements

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic care to each patient
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred but not required
