Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions in Sterling Heights, Michigan

As a Clinical Social Worker at Thriveworks, you’ll deliver high-quality mental health care through a combination of telehealth and face-to-face sessions
. You’ll work with a diverse client base and have the flexibility to shape your schedule while receiving full administrative and clinical support. Thriveworks is especially interested in clinicians who are open to seeing couples and children, and those who are interested in leadership or supervisory roles.

Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinicians in Michigan who are:

• Willing to see 25+ sessions per week
• Comfortable working as behavioral health generalists
• Interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• Passionate about delivering quality care with integrity and openness
• Able to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment

• Active and unrestricted LMSW or LMSW-C license in Michigan
• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and maintain documentation standards
