• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 5 years of related experience in manufacturing or engineering
• Proven experience with EOL testing principles, including data knowledge of leak, NVH, and balance testers
• Experience with WMA/Sciemetric test software
• Demonstrated leadership in team-building and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Experience in final axle assembly manufacturing
• Proficiency with Quality Assessment tools such as QDAS and Minitab
• Background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with 8D and 5
  
  Why problem-solving techniques

• Use test stand WMA software to monitor test stand FTT and stand-to-stand correlation
• Track concerns and review initial test results/data from all relevant test equipment
• Champion the use of data to understand and resolve test failure root causes
• Monitor failures and communicate multiple identical failure issues to appropriate management personnel
• Conduct monthly reviews of critical test point variable trend charts
• Lead and conduct process audits to ensure process discipline is consistent with guidelines
