Summary:

The main function of a Industrial Engineer is to design, develop, test and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis and production coordination. A typical Industrial Engineer is tasked with increasing productivity through the management of people, methods of business organization and technology.

Job Responsibilities:

- We’re looking for a motivated professional to support labor analysis, plant efficiency improvements, and process optimization initiatives. This role works closely with production teams and cross-functional partners to improve productivity, capacity planning, and overall operational performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and improve labor standards and work methods
  • Conduct time studies, labor analysis, and productivity evaluations
  • Track efficiencies, cycle times, and plant performance metrics
  • Lead or support efficiency improvement and rebalancing projects
  • Analyze process constraints and equipment cycle times
  • Support workstation design and ergonomics reviews
  • Assist with plant layout and material flow improvements
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership
  • Support capacity planning, budgeting, and headcount forecasting
  • Collaborate with production supervision and union teams
  • Participate in cross-functional improvement projects

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with labor analysis and time studies
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Positive team player and change agent

Preferred (Not Required):

  • MODAPTS, GSPAS/APT experience
  • Ergonomics analysis tools
  • Basic AutoCAD or layout drawing experience
  • 3–5 years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field)
