This is a full-time on-site role based in Sterling Heights, MI, for a Senior Electrical Engineer. The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing electrical systems and power distribution solutions. Daily tasks include developing electrical schematics, troubleshooting electrical components, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance system performance. The role also involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and contributing to innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications- Comprehensive knowledge of Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering principles
- Expertise in Electricity concepts, Power Systems, and Power Distribution methods
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in identifying and addressing electrical issues
- Proficiency with electrical design software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Relevant experience in automotive or manufacturing applications is highly desirable
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
