Job Description:
The Network Technician role focuses on software support, software tooling, and IT skills, with traditional lab technician skills being a plus. The position requires working closely with software engineers, including tasks such as flashing software on devices and developing in‑house tools to optimize hardware tracking. The role also involves supporting cross‑functional teams—including system engineers, software engineers, and integration engineers—to set up lab events.

Responsibilities- Work closely with software engineers, taking direction to flash software on devices and develop in‑house tools.
- Optimize hardware tracking and support integration efforts in lab settings.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with various engineering teams to support lab setups.
- Learn and adapt to new software tools, including Power
BI. - Translate digital system diagrams into real‑time lab environment setups.
- 2–3 years of IT/Network Engineering experience.
- Familiarity with networking principles and routing networks in lab settings.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with software flashing and lab setups.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Power
BI or any dashboarding tool. - Ability to automate data pulls.
- Experience with Power Apps.
- Knowledge of SQL for database management.
Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling Heights, MI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.27 per hour.
