A reputable automotive supplier in Sterling Heights is seeking a Program Manager to develop and maintain programs from inception through to production. The role involves managing programs, leading teams, coordinating submissions, and ensuring production readiness. Candidates must hold an Engineering Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in plastics/painting/assembly automotive production, including 2 years in a launch engineering role.

Strong skills in APQP, project management, and root cause analysis are required.
