$71.05-$79.60/Hour

• Apply project management principles to plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects
• Generate and manage project plans, integrated schedules, and funding mechanisms
• Forecast and maintain project demand files; establish and track project metrics to monitor performance
• Drive operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration and Agile methodologies
• Lead vehicle system-level design, integration, build, and test activities
• Facilitate and support technical and programmatic events; coordinate problem reports and manage change processes
• Serve as a primary technical interface with GDLS leadership, internal teams, and external customers
• Prepare and support bids, proposals, and RFI responses
• Evaluate customer feedback, propose process improvements, and implement corrective actions to resolve technical risks

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field (advanced degree/MBA preferred)
• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
• Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant work experience, including 5+ years in Department of Defense or similar industry
• Certifications: PMP (required); ITIL and SAFe 5 Agilist preferred
• Proven experience managing large-scale engineering projects and leading design, development, and system integration
• Expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), Risk Management, and Teamcenter
• Strong business acumen with experience in customer relationship management, proposals, and negotiations
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and presentation development
• Ability to travel as required
