• This position is for a Lead Maintenance Engineer (ME) to perform the role of Supportability Bill of Material (SBOM) Administrator.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new versions of SBOM Integration and workflows for LT&E/Customer Support Organization.
• Be familiar with the use of Application Life cycle Management (ALM) Web Client, process test cases and system validation test cases, enter defects into ALM.
• Proficient with Service Architect and Service Engineer roles and responsibilities in Teamcenter (TC).
• Attend workshops to further develop the SBOM process beyond Phase 1.
• Work directly with Siemens to resolve defects found in Production US TC.
• Teamcenter user support business SME and Digital Transformation (DT) mentor for LT&E/Customer Support Organization.
• Proficient at creating and managing Service Bill of Material (SBOM) and Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) product structures, design items, and design item revisions for LT&E and CSO.
• Work directly with LPE/CSO Program Mangers providing technical direction and SBOM/MBOM status during the release process.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing leads to resolve issues during the SBOM/MBOM workflow process.
• Assess the completeness of an EBOM to support SBOM/MBOM development.
• Interface with design engineers, Logistics Product Support Managers (LPE), and other functional organizations to ensure logistics, supportability and maintainability issues are satisfied.
• Perform supportability analysis and maintenance task analysis.
• Review drawings, Change Requests (CR), Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), computer models and other technical documentation to identify maintenance and supply support requirements for the design.
• Establish the development, maintenance, and update of LSAR in accordance with GEIA-STE-0007 and MIL-STD-1388-2B using Slicwave.
• Develop Maintenance Engineering source data used in the creation of Field Maintenance Technical Manuals, Modification Work Orders (MWO), National Maintenance Work Requirements (NMWR), and other publications.
• Assess emerging designs for requirements compliance and recommend design alternatives to enhance supportability and maintainability.
• Conduct detailed task analysis as part of the Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) process to identify resources required to maintain and support the design.
• Document results of the detailed task analysis in the Logistic Support Analysis Record (LSAR) database.
• Translate engineering and other technical information into source data in support of Logistics product development.
• Support/assist Logistics products developers utilizing source data provided.
• Support Logistic Demonstrations and Logistics products validation/verification efforts as required.
• Support field test activities, track and document test incidents and provide close out reports as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering Technology, Engineering, or business-related fields required. Other degrees considered with related experience.
• Extensive hands on experience in the maintenance of ground combat vehicles.
