Compensation & Benefits
- Total Compensation:
Ranging from $90,000 to $115,000 per year - 401k match

Responsibilities
Assisting the Project Manager in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Managing and monitoring project costs to ensure budget compliance, including forecasting, tracking, and controlling costs.Reviewing and managing contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and that any potential risks are identified and mitigated.Negotiating with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure the best possible terms for our projects.Developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with team members and stakeholders to ensure that all activities are on track.Ensuring construction safety by implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, and providing safety training to team members.Reading and interpreting blueprints, ensuring that all construction activities align with the design specifications.Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry.A solid understanding of RFIs, quality control, change orders, submittals, cost control, contract management, negotiation, planning, scheduling, construction safety, and blueprint reading.Interested in hearing more?
