• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical prefabrication, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards байқнайы
• Develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and effectiveness in the prefabrication process.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that prefabrication plans align with overall project goals and objectives.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and protocols, particularly in sensitive environments such as healthcare facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks, identifying and addressing any issues or areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the prefabrication team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, developments, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance prefabrication processes and Georgia outcomes.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers, maintaining open and effective communication and ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a strong focus on electrical prefabrication.
• Proven experience in managing and overseeing prefabrication processes for industrial, commercial, and healthcare projects, including hospitals.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and prefabrication techniques.ಜನಿಕ
• Must be proficient with Bluebeam.
• OSHA 30 is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and liaise with various stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of guiding and motivating teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
