Finance Intern

Overview

• Creating and uploading Journal Entries
• Completing Account Reconciliations
• Uploading month-end trial balances into Tagetik reporting system
• Communicating with various departments and operations throughout our North American structure
• Using Excel to complete spreadsheets
• Using Google G-Suite for emails/documents/spreadsheets and communications
• Other duties as assigned by manager

• Working on a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, team environment, while also delivering independent results
• Relationship building skills
• Driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient Excel skills

• Preferably around sophomore or junior year of college
• Related work experience
• Experience using Google for Work
