Retail Assistant Store Manager

We are currently looking for a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our Grand Opening Team. Earn $13.50 to $16.50 per hour plus commission and bonuses.

Assistant Store Manager responsible for daily store operations, fostering a positive environment, recruiting and retaining talent, managing financial goals, and ensuring excellent customer relations.

• Facilitate a customer‑centric environment by engaging customers and resolving issues promptly.
• Train and develop store employees to meet First Cash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open and close the store, count cash drawers and merchandise, and follow asset protection procedures.
• Maintain inventory control, customer loan documentation, and overall asset protection.
• Administer store processes: inventory, loan management, merchandising, presentation, systems, and reporting.
• Review financial statements and drive profitability.
• Ensure operating standards meet or exceed First Cash requirements.
• Monitor loan qualification to maintain loan integrity.
• Complete training tasks and self‑development activities.
• Communicate store mission and profit objectives to employees.
• Keep product knowledge current.
• Serve as manager on duty when the Store Manager is absent.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum 6 months of management/3rd key experience.
• Physically able to perform duties including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling.
• Demonstrated supervisory ability.
• Ability to work with and certify firearms.
• Minimum 18 years of age;
  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule: weekends and holidays; 40+ hours per week required.
• Computer literate; able to use POS and office machines.
• Detail‑oriented, strong organizational, analytical skills.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent work ethic and business sense.
