* Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP and university policies.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations, including tax reporting and audit requirements.
* Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Eight years of related experience.
* Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills.
* Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
* Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
