Position: Warehouse Supervisor (Finished Goods)
Our client is seeking an experienced and meticulous Warehouse Supervisor (Finished Goods).

Purpose:
Records and monitors finished goods inbound and outbound movements and maintains accurate stock levels, including transport arrangements where necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction by processing accurate documentation within deadlines. Becoming a part of Health & Safety Committee. You will also be responsible to join Gemba walks and update of registers.

Production reconciliation.
Assist with warehouse duties.
Stock control.
Safety & housekeeping.
Administrative processes.
People management.

Requirements:

Education:

Grade 12 or equivalent.
Diploma in Warehouse and Distribution Management.

Knowledge and required skills:

Computer literacy essential SAGE, (MS Word, Outlook, Excel). Intermediate / Advanced.
Warehouse and distribution skills, product knowledge, accurate record keeping skills, good organizing and planning skills, problem solving and good communication skills.

Other:

Attention to detail, logical thinker, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and without supervision.
Forklift driving skills - moving fragile products, pallet loading and stacking skills, container loading skills.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years stock controlling and warehousing experience in customer-led business.
Supervisory experience and proven track record in industry. Minimum of 2 years’ operating a forklift and conveying fragile products.

Hours of Work:

2-Shift cycle alternating every second week.
Monday – Saturday 07:00 to 15:00 & with every second Saturday 07:00 – 19:00.
Monday – Friday 15:00 to 23:00.
