Are you passionate about designing cutting-edge HR solutions that drive business transformation? We’re looking for a
Solutions Architect
specializing in HR systems, with a strong focus on
SAP Success Factors
and other HRIS components. In this pivotal role, you’ll report directly to the
HR Product Head
and play a key part in shaping our digital HR landscape.

Bring your expertise in
Success Factors
,
SAP HR
, and integration tools like
SAP Cloud Platform Integration
and
SAP Business Technology Platform
. A solid understanding of
cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)and
data integration
will set you apart as you architect scalable, future-ready solutions.

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Information Technology - IT Engineering

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology

Must-Have Expertise:

• Proven mastery of
  SAP Success Factors
  across all modules, including seamless integration into
  SAP S/4
  
  HANA
  and the broader data estate.
• 5+ years’ experience
  in
  solution architecture
  , delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Strong knowledge of integration tools such as
  SAP Cloud Platform Integration
  ,
  SAP Business Technology Platform
  , and
  APIs
  for connecting Success Factors with HR and Finance systems.
• Familiarity with the
  AWS Well-Architected Framework
  for designing secure, high-performing, and resilient cloud solutions.

Minimum Knowledge of:

• System architecture
  principles, including technical design and implementation processes.
• Systems analysis and design
  methodologies.
• UML
  or equivalent modeling languages.
• Technical test plan design
  and execution.
• IT systems development processes
  and application development best practices.
• Standards and governance
  frameworks.
