About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Software Technical Lead to join our team on a contract basis. This is an on-site role based in Stellenbosch, ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for driving high‑quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional software development team
- Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of software solutions
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables
- Conduct code reviews and guide problem‑solving sessions
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a team lead role
- Strong proficiency in modern software development languages and frameworks
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Availability to work on‑site in Stellenbosch
