A prestigious luxury estate in Stellenbosch is seeking a skilled Maintenance General Worker (Certified – Electrical) to support the ongoing maintenance, safety, and operational excellence of its facilities. This role is suited to a technically strong, hands-on professional with solid electrical expertise and a proactive approach to preventative maintenance.

• Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, and fault-finding across the property

• Perform general maintenance duties including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organised manner

• Support preventative maintenance schedules and accurate record keeping

• Assist with installations, upgrades, and special maintenance projects

• Recognised Electrical Certification (trade-tested or relevant accredited qualification)

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance within hospitality, estates, or commercial environments

• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physically fit and flexible with working hours when required
