An established organisation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Supervisor to support the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving quality, compliance, and audit systems.

The role focuses on quality control, customer complaints management, document control, supplier compliance, and internal and external audits.

This position is ideal for a compliance or quality professional with strong administrative skills and experience in Quality Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain product and client specification systems and online portals
  • Administer and investigate customer complaints, ensuring timeous resolution and closure
  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Control and standardise quality and compliance documentation in line with certification standards
  • Plan, coordinate, and administer internal, supplier, and third-party audits
  • Assist with audit preparation, reporting, corrective actions, and traceability exercises
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards
  • Administer compliance databases and online compliance portals
  • Support supplier development and participation in Fair Trade, Organic, and social compliance audits
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on quality and compliance matters
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree or National Diploma)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a quality, compliance, or auditing role
  • Exposure to Quality Management Systems (ISO, GFSI, or similar advantageous)
  • Experience with audits, document control, and compliance administration
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (local travel required)
