• As the Building Supervisor, oversee maintenance and on-site operations for 20 units across five houses.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager and lead a small, tight-knit team.
• Manage repairs, liaise with contractors, and ensure each property meets standards of luxury and reliability.
• Enjoy real autonomy and hands-on work, with the freedom to move between sites, supported by a company vehicle.

• At least five years’ experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Solid technical understanding of electrical, plumbing, or structural systems.
• Experience in student accommodation, hospitality, or high-end residential environments is a strong edge.
• Ability to manage others, stay calm under pressure, and balance immediate fixes with long-term upkeep.
• Rooted in or willing to be based in the Stellenbosch area.
