Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager, Strategic Planning, Project Management will work on a diverse range of projects for the company. You'll be responsible for developing and managing project plans that meet client needs in order to complete projects on time and within budget. You will also be required to oversee aspects of the project's lifecycle such as timelines, budgets and cost estimation.

In addition, you'll ensure that your team is working together effectively by communicating regularly with all parties involved in each stage of the process.

Requirements

• Plans and manages complex projects with high-level requirements specifications and multiple project phases
• Communicates in clear, direct, and concise ways with all internal and external parties involved.
• Maintains knowledge of organizational requirements, standards, and processes.
• Ensures that work done is aligned with overall business strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills are essential to the successful completion of projects.
• A proven track record of success within the healthcare industry and leadership ability will be an asset.
• Must have strong leadership skills and be able to lead a team of engineers, estimators, drafters and other professionals.
• Must have experience managing projects with a $5M+ budget.
