Our client is urgently seeking a Technical Support Specialist / Engineer to support the SEM Hypercare phase following the national system go-live. The role will provide frontline technical support to 480 sales representatives nationwide using the Sales Execution Management (SEM) platform.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor, triage and resolve SEM incidents (P1–P3)
- Provide first-line technical support to SEM users
- Log and manage incidents in Service Now (SNOW)
- Support field teams with mobile device troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical teams
- Experience with SEM / SFA tools or field sales systems
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Service Now experience advantageous
- Ability to work in a high-pressure support environment
