If you’re someone whoenjoys responsibility, thinks independently, and wants exposure to how private investment offices really operate behind the scenes , this role will stretch and reward you. This position requires a tech-savvy, self-starter with sound financial acumen and the ability to manage a diverse range of responsibilities. This capable, hands-on person will be supporting a private management office in a hybrid (1-2 days in office) working arrangement, across a small but diverse portfolio that includes a wine e-commerce business , family office clients, investments, and board-level work.

Managing and improving Meta and Google ad campaigns

Working confidently in Woo Commerce

Creating and running Klaviyo email flows and campaigns

Using data and insight to refine and optimise performance

On the governance side, you’ll help keep things running smoothly

Coordinating actions, follow-ups, and documentation across boards

Supporting compliance and governance processes

Helping ensure directors and managers stay aligned and on track

• Related tertiary qualification a minimum requirement
• Minimum 10 years' working experience in a similar role
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital execution (you have owned it previously, not just supported it)
• Solid experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) as part of your day-to-day workflow
• Working knowledge of Meta and Google ad campaigns

Full-time position with flexible working hours.
