As a Team Lead:
Data & Analytics, your purpose is to guide a team of analysts who deliver the insight engine behind our campaigns and client strategies. You direct the work that measures campaign impact, builds segmentation that drives targeting, and explains how clients use our products. You turn raw data into clear guidance that supports decisions across the business.

The role spans the full analytics lifecycle and the leadership needed to run it well. You set standards for analysis, ensure sound methods, and keep output accurate, repeatable, and timely. You help analysts frame questions, structure work, and present findings that influence action. You manage workflow, support growth, and remove obstacles that slow delivery.

You partner with marketing, product owners, and operational teams to keep priorities aligned and insight connected to business goals. You maintain strong data processes, define metrics that matter, and drive continuous improvement across reporting and analysis. You build a team that understands the client, sees patterns early, and delivers insight that compounds value over time.

• Over 5 years in data analytics, including 2 years as a manager or team lead within an analytical team.
• Proficient in SQL and delivering complex analytical requirements.
• Managing senior and executive level stakeholders and influencing decision making at these levels
• Data visualisation with tools such as PowerBI
• Big data frameworks – Hadoop/Kafka
• Github experience or Git

• Completed Degree or higher
