Fixed Term Contract

• Work within the Housekeeping Department to create a tidy, clean, neat, and safe environment for hotel guests and staff.
• Assist in a wide variety of essential delivery and housekeeping tasks.
• Strive to provide guests with a WOW experience through warm, friendly, personalized service, product consistency, and care for well-being throughout their stay.

• Matric or equivalent certificate

• 1 year’s experience in a similar position within a 4
  * establishment
  ,
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with an excellent attendance and performance track record, a can-do attitude, and ability to follow through with minimum supervision.
• Demonstrate tenacity and ability to perform in a fast-moving environment.
• Key competencies:
  service-oriented mindset
  , ability to take initiative, teamwork, adaptability to changing situations, and a sense of dutifulness toward assigned responsibilities.
