• Work within the Housekeeping Department to create a tidy, clean, neat, and safe environment for hotel guests and staff.
• Assist in a wide variety of essential delivery and housekeeping tasks.
• Strive to deliver a WOW guest experience through warm, friendly, personalised service, product consistency, and care for guest well-being.

• Matric or equivalent certificate.
• 1 year’s experience in a similar position within a 4
  * establishment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays with excellent attendance and a proactive, can-do attitude and ability to follow through with minimum supervision.
• Strong service-oriented mindset, initiative, teamwork, adaptability, and a sense of responsibility.
