Role Purpose
Join Lactalis at our offices in Stellenbosch and take on the role as Sensory Specialist. This role is responsible for overseeing and implementing sensory of product quality, ensuring sensory excellence, and reducing consumer complaints by making sure that all products meet Lactalis standards, regulatory requirements, and consumer expectations.
RequirementsSpecialist requires a good sense of taste and smell, and sight that can at least be corrected by glasses.
Duties and Responsibilities- Work closely with factories to ensure that product-release tastings meet Group sensory standards, identifying deviations early and supporting corrective-action plans to prevent quality complaints.
- Coaching, set up, and run trained sensory panels at plant and Head office in accordance with Group requirements.
