FINANCE MANAGER CA(SA) - ZAR 1 MILLION pa - STELLENBOSCH AREA, CPT

STRATEGIC ROLE IN A MULTI-SECTOR BUSINESS

An established and growing South African group is seeking to appoint a Financial Manager to join its finance leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a business that operates across multiple sectors including property assets, production and premium lifestyle operations
, creating a complex and commercially engaging financial environment.

The role will suit a CA(SA) with strong property sector experience who enjoys working close to the business and supporting operational leadership with financial insight and discipline. You will be part of a high-performing finance team and play a key role in ensuring strong financial governance across a diverse portfolio of operations.

This position offers exposure well beyond traditional reporting, allowing the successful candidate to contribute to financial strategy, operational performance and long-term business growth within a dynamic and evolving organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting across multiple entities

• Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes and ensure accuracy of financial information

• Maintain strong financial controls, reconciliations and compliance standards

• Provide commercial financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions

• Partner with leadership to analyse performance and identify improvement opportunities

• Assist with financial planning, cash flow management and investment analysis

• Work closely with operational teams to ensure financial discipline and efficiency

Requirements

• CA(SA) qualification (essential)
• Minimum 2 years post-articles experience
• Strong property / real estate sector experience (essential)
• Manufacturing exposure would be a significant advantage
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting capability
• Commercial mindset with the ability to operate in a growing and dynamic environment
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
