Job Description:

• Weekly Advance payments to Growers
• Weekly Grower Payments – Assist Commercial Accountant with timeous and accurate finalisation of fixed Grower payments.
• Raising of weekly grower remittances and timeous sending of Advance and Final remittances to growers.
• Logistical Costs – Liaising with Logistics to reconcile all logistics cost and to ensure Suppliers are paid on time and within agreed credit terms.
• Recharges to Growers for any ad hoc costs
• Accounts Payable – Fruit - reconciliation
• Accounts receivable – Fruit – assisting with monitoring and reporting of outstanding Debtors
• System Improvements – Flagging and raising system challenges

• Ability to work to tight deadlines every week.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all internal teams as well as external service providers.
• Applicant must be computer literate and be able to communicate effectively via email and telephone
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
