My client, nationally established group of companies, is looking to employ a Financial Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will have an accounting qualification with preferably completed SAICA/CIMA clerkship and have 3 years' relevant experience. Candidate must be willing to travel.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS- Accounting qualification with preferably completed SAICA/CIMA clerkship
- Honours degree advantageous
- 3 years' relevant experience preferred
- Preparation of annual budgets of certain entities.
- Preparation and handling of annual audit.
- Monthly reporting of selective entities.
- Establishment of controls to monitor expenses.
- Monthly variance reports.
- Management of admin staff.
- Control over allocation of expenses per entity and departments within entity.
- Responsible for all tax and statutory requirements.
- Cash flow management per entity.
- Break-even calculations per entity as well as various simulation calculations.
- Candidate must be willing to travel.
