Private Equity​/Investment Accountant

Must preferably be available immediately!

Salary:
Market Related per month, depending on experience

Our client, a dynamic private equity and investment management company, seeks an Accountant to join their dynamic team, who can start Immediately or as soon as possible at their offices in Stellenbosch.

Must live in or around Stellenbosch Area.

Requirements:

Grade 12

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Non-Negotiable)

4+ Years Relevant experience in as Accountant

Articles or experience at small audit/accounting practice beneficial or similar work experience

MS Office - Excel knowledge

Own Transport

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Assisting with financial reporting

Assisting with operations reporting

Calculating and monitoring Capex projects

Managing overdrafts

Managing loans and external debt

Overseeing intercompany loans

Overseeing shareholder loans

Compiling Annual Financial Statements

Coordinating tax planning activities

Reviewing VAT

Performing secretarial annual duties

Maintaining and updating tree structures

Maintaining and updating organograms
