We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to manage our end-to-end RMA and service administration processes while serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

• Manage and process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) for equipment including data loggers, sensors, and communication devices
• Coordinate inspections, repair assessments, quotations, approvals, and warranty processes
• Track repairs and ensure timely resolution with accurate documentation
• Support client services administration and maintain accurate service records
• Provide professional front-desk support and handle incoming calls
• Liaise daily with technicians, engineers, logistics, and sales teams
• Deliver clear communication and exceptional customer service

• Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, Business Management, or related field (advantageous)
• 2–3 years’ experience in customer service
• Strong MS Office skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professional telephone etiquette and a strong customer-service mindset
