The project is strategically located in the Winelands District area, serving the broader Stellenbosch and Winelands industrial and commercial corridor. This development demands strong technical coordination, programme control, and hands-on site leadership.

• Full responsibility for site execution, coordination, and supervision as well as proven abilities to report to Senior Contracts Managers and Directors at Head Office level.
• Programme management and subcontractor control
• Quality assurance, compliance, and reporting
• Health & Safety enforcement in line with statutory requirements
• Liaison with consultants, engineers, and professional teams
• Cost awareness and practical problem-solving on site

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Site Agent / Senior Site Agent - Preference will be given to applications who have a formal building degree or diploma
• Strong background in residential or mixed-use developments
• Ability to run a site independently and lead teams effectively
• Sound understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics
• Western Cape experience highly advantageous
