As a Seasonal Shuttle Driver
, you’ll play an important role in creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests throughout their stay in Steamboat Springs, CO. You’ll operate company shuttles safely and efficiently along designated routes between the resort and downtown, offering friendly, professional service to both owners and guests. This role requires a safety-minded driver with strong communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to perform well in winter weather conditions.

You’ll enjoy a fun, team-oriented work environment in one of Colorado’s best ski towns.
Please note this role is early November through mid April.

• Safely operate company shuttles on designated routes between the resort and downtown.
• Provide friendly, professional service to owners and guests.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage, skis, and snowboards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle at all times.
• Follow all traffic laws, resort policies, and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and other drivers.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and handle luggage and ski/snow gear
• Knowledge of Steamboat Springs area or willingness to learn local routes.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in winter weather conditions.
• Please note this role is early November through mid April.

Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $23.00
